We look forward to hanging with you at Flow Foundry! Please bring a water bottle with a lid. Wear comfortable form-fitting clothing that allows you to move, pants/capris that cover the thighs and back of the knees, and a fitted shirt that will stay in place shall you go upside down. No perfumes, lotions or jewelry please. We will be barefoot. We suggest not eating at least one hour prior to class, and no alcohol beforehand. The party will last approximately one hour and a half.
