Christina Duncan, Owner/Operator
Christina’s belief in the power of healing through movement started over 15 years ago with flow and fire dance. She is a pioneer in Wichita’s performing arts scene and a veteran performer with the premier fire dance troupe, Phlox. A casual yoga practitioner since her early 20's, in 2015 Christina strengthened her practice with a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Wichita’s Siva Yoga School. The same year she completed an aerial silks teacher training at Atlanta’s Circus Arts Institute. In 2016, she continued on to receive an AeroZen aerial yoga instructor certification through Zen Body in Tulsa. Christina combined her DIY spirit and 15 years of administration and marketing experience to open Flow Foundry studio, offering unique and challenging fitness instruction specializing in the arts of flow, aerial yoga, aerial silks, and hula hoop dance. Christina also teaches also classes at Opti-Life and special events across the Midwest. She continues to professionally train and recognizes that as a teacher, you are forever a student.
Christina is a mother to two teenage daughters who continue to motivate her to dive deeper into the mind-body-spirit connection. Christina’s electrifying energy challenges you to immerse yourself in your own healing fitness journey.
