Full Moon Kundalini Yoga

Join us for this fun and simple Kundalini Yoga class. The Full Moon is a good time to let things go and detox, so come with an intention you would like to set for the coming month. We will press it into our being as we breath, move, meditate, and vibrate together.
This class will include a Kundalini Yoga Kriya, one or two meditations, and an extended sound bath.
Class is by donation! Give something as an energy exchange!

If you are new to Yoga here are a few tips.
1. HYDRATE (bring water) AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
2. Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in! Think, pajama level comfort.
3. Bring a firm pillow of cushion and a small blanket. There are postures where your body may need assistance, such as squats.
