6 weeks of aerial silks conditioning, strengthening and skill progression. Build upper body and core strength and execute poses with proper form, taking our ground level skills in the air. No experience necessary; due to the small size of our class, we're able to work with each individual exactly where you're at. Space is limited to 8.
Thursdays 7:00pm-8:00pm; One make-up class will be offered if you miss a date.
