Where mind, body and spirit have achieved a meditative balance and are working in harmony. When what's going on outside of you fades and you embrace your NOW presence. Where fear has been replaced with acceptance and trust.

 
Fusing cultural history with play and dance, flow arts becomes a healing, meditative practice, quieting the mind, and boosting mental, physical and spiritual cohesion.


Flow Arts in its simplest term is the use of a prop as a dance partner and manipulation tool, a further extension of your body. Flow Arts can be a personal, private practice, an expressive, out-going way to meet new people, a fun way to get in shape or a hypnotizing performance. 


Flow Arts creates a community of individuals excited to learn and to share with each other. The practice is challenging, rewarding, limitless and accessible. It builds confidence quickly as you grasp simple concepts and expand into your personal flow space, where there are no rules to play, there is no 'right' or 'wrong' way. Your way simply is.
